BOOKING

You can book the room by following means:
- Fill in the form on our site;
- Send the booking form by e-mail booking@kalinka-hotel.ru
- By fax +7 (499)748-11-56
To make the booking we need the following information:
- Name
- Check in and check out date and time;
- Room category;
- Number of persons, names, citizenship;
- Contacts (phone, fax, e-mail)
Our manager will send you the booking confirmation within 12 hours.

PAYMENT

- Prepayment for the first night or for the whole period of staying;
- Payment upon arrival at the hotel, in this case we charge 25% booking fee for the first night.
